Inbound Marketing is a term used for attracting potential customers through marketing vehicles such as websites, blogs, and search engines. The most fruitful type of inbound marketing is the presentation of value based information that creates a dialogue between the company and potential customer. This information demonstrates credibility, interest and thought leadership on the part of the information provider (company) and leads to them becoming a trusted source.
The goal of inbound marketing programs is to turn participants into leads, then into customers, then into advocates for your product and/or service.
